Sunday, 22 September 2013. Vanilla Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes. Anyway, I decided to use a standard victoria sponge recipe and go carefully when filling the cones, which worked admirably. Thursday, 22 November 2012. Chilli Chocolate Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing. I am so frightfully late at this post. The chilli gives such a nice warm bite and cream cheese icing is juts always delicious. I made little witches hats to top them inspired by Cakeyboi.

Princess Party with Baking Mad and Talk To Mums. Last weekend I had a lovely kids party for some of my mum friends and their children. I held a Princess Party with the help of Baking Mad. They do a one stop party shop where you can choose from a range of party themes - Superheroes, Peter Rabbit, Unicorn, Pirate and Princess. All the girls were playing with it! We had 9 mums and 12 chi.

Friday, July 4, 2014. Baked eggs or eggs en cocotte is a rustic French preparation that is very versatile. Your imagination is the limit here. This is ideal for breakfast, even if you have a large group to feed, as preparation takes just a couple of minutes and then 10 minutes for baking.

Thursday, 31 July 2014. Four years is a long time. 2011 was full of huge courgettes. And my first foray into marshmallow making. We celebrated a royal wedding with Eton Mess Jack-arons,. Were also some of my favourites from that year. Going to see the dressage at the Olympics was brilliant. Oh And I got married.

This soup gives a warming spiced flavour of the smoked paprika and the chorizo and is perfect for this time of year. It also colours the soup with a deep tinge of red.
